Our community engagement is rooted in faith and compassion at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. Inspired by our theme, “Have Faith in God,” we strive to support and unite our neighbors through impactful partnerships and outreach efforts. We believe that when people come together, we can uplift one another, empower lives, and foster lasting connections.

Our Partnerships

• Ashburton Community Neighborhood Association: In collaboration with the Ashburton Community Neighborhood Association, we are dedicated to enhancing our neighborhood’s safety, well-being, and unity. Working side-by-side, we help foster an environment where every neighbor feels seen, heard, and supported.
• WEWINS (Women Empowering Women In Need of Support): Through our partnership with WEWINS, we offer resources and encouragement to women facing personal or economic challenges. Together, we provide faith-centered support to help women overcome obstacles, regain confidence, and build brighter futures.

• B Your Best U (BYBU: B YOUR BEST U is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children throughout the state of Maryland, with an emphasis on Baltimore City. Their mission is to provide mentoring to kindergarten through 8th-grade children that will result in self-confidence and the ability to make good decisions. BYBU children WILL be the best version of themselves and a positive influence on others. Join us in creating a brighter future for our community's youth.
• Baltimore Church Events: This Facebook page is a hub for Baltimore churches to promote their church events. If your church is part of the Baltimore community, share your services and upcoming events on this page.
