Sunday Reflections: From an Audience to an Army

Our Sunday celebration honoring Veterans and their families was an outstanding event. Former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh joined us in awarding challenge coins to our veterans and their families. James Moore, Veterans Coordinator for the Ashburton Neighborhood Association, provided an update on veteran resources. The participation of Col. Harold Young (Ret.), Bros. Michael Gales, and Larry Deford added depth to our service.

Breast Cancer Awareness Sunday at Mt. Zion UMC of Baltimore

Today, we gathered in pink to honor those impacted by breast cancer. Together, we celebrated survivors, remembered loved ones, and uplifted those still fighting. Through faith, prayer, and community, we stand united in hope and healing.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared stories, and strengthened our community. Let’s keep supporting each other and raising awareness, knowing that with God, we’re never alone.
